MONTHLY PARKING PASS
Our most popular parking program - the Monthly Parking Pass - offers guaranteed and unlimited access to the garage, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week for $500 per month. Even when the garage is otherwise full, we will always have a place for your vehicle.

Completed applications may be returned to the garage office located
on the Services Level of the garage.
OVERNIGHT MONTHLY PARKING
This reverse commute program is perfect for evening employees and neighborhood residents to park their vehicle during evenings and weekends. Enjoy access Monday - Friday after 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. the following day and free access on the weekends for $100 per month.

Our Debit Card Program is ideal for patrons who don’t drive every day but who want flexible parking privileges. This unique program uses a garage access card that automatically deducts charges from your pre-paid account. This pay-in-advance program offers the same privileges as the Monthly Parking Pass with unlimited in-and-out privileges, yet you only pay for the hours of the day that you park and never more than the maximum daily rate - less 20%.

The Easy Park Card is a stored value card that will save
you time and money. This garage access card is a flexible parking product
can be used as a debit card, a gift card,
a validation or an access card that links to your credit
card every time you use it. It’s up to you!
The Easy Park Card auto activates upon first use. Just
swipe your card to enter and swipe to exit and enjoy unlimited access for the rest of the day.
It can be purchased
in amounts equivalent to one, two, or three days

CHASER COUPONS
These coupons are ideal for patrons who wish to pre-purchase parking for employees, clients or visitors. No need to carry cash. We offer Chaser Coupons for both daytime and evening parking.

NIGHT AND WEEKEND PARKING
75 State Street Garage has a $14.00 flat rate when parking on nights and weekends. Enter the Garage after 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and exit before 5:00 a.m. the following day for one low rate. Parking on Saturdays and Sundays is just $14.00 each day - all day. Have your ticket validated at one of our participating businesses and save even more.
